Porto's riverside Ribeira district, the ornate Livraria Lello bookshop and the Clerigos Tower, then the Dom Luis I Bridge over the Douro. The rhythm is relaxed, shaped around what you most want to see.
Today brings you to Douro Valley. Drive into the UNESCO Alto Douro Wine Region for a visit to a terraced quinta and a cruise on the Douro River, with a port tasting at the Vila Nova de Gaia cellars. Timings stay flexible, with room to linger where you like.
A final day around Porto. Transfer to Porto airport for your onward journey. Your guide sets an easy pace, leaving space to wander or simply take it in.
